Please note that we cannot accept responsibility as a result of incorrect artwork that has been sent to us by our customers.

In the unlikely instance you do experience a problem with your print, please email us immediately and before distributing any of the printed material at info@inkworks.eu with your order no. and contact details and a description of any errors with your job.

Once we receive your email we will assess the situation and a member of our team will contact you to resolve the matter.

We will always strive to resolve any situation in the speediest and most sensible way and you can be assured you will receive our full attention in such circumstances.
