Payment is required by credit card, cheque or online process with all orders at time of placing the order. Please note, unfortunately we must charge a 3% handling fee for all American Express card payments, due to the high processing costs incurred. Cheques should be made payable to ‘Newman Thomson Ltd’. BACS payments can also be accepted, please call for details.

If you are in any doubt about the price of a job or, we will be happy to supply a bespoke quotation via email, fax or post. Please use the ‘Contact Us’ section enquiry form giving as much detail as possible.

Prices are quoted on the basis of press-ready digital artwork being supplied by our file upload system ‘Insite’, email or disk. Any alterations by Newman Thomson to artwork that has not been prepared correctly will be charged at £40 per hour.

The price quoted excludes VAT (unless otherwise stated). VAT will be charged at the rate applying at the time of delivery.

Many types of printed work are zero-rated (0%). Some types of work are standard-rated (20%) such as business stationery, greeting cards, presentation folders, leaflets or brochures with reply paid sections for completion that are larger then 25% of the overall design area.

The price quoted excludes delivery (unless otherwise stated). Should you require a timed delivery please ask for prices current at time of placing order.

Unless otherwise stated, the price quoted to business customers is an illustrative estimate only and the price charged will be our price current at the time of delivery.

Rates of tax and duties on the goods will be those applying at the time of delivery.

At any time before delivery we may adjust the price to reflect any increase in our costs of supplying the goods.

Payment Terms

You are to pay us in cash or cleared funds with your order unless you have an approved credit account. Any delay in receipt of cleared funds may result in a delay of the production and delivery of your goods.

If you have an approved UK business credit account, payment is due within 30 days end of month following the invoice date.
